1. What are your candles made of? Our candles are made from 100% natural soy wax, blended with premium fragrance oils and cotton wicks for a clean and long-lasting burn
2. Are your candles safe and non-toxic? Yes. Our soy wax is natural and contains no paraffins or harmful chemicals. Our fragrance oils are phthalate-free and safe for home use.
3. How long do your candles burn? Our 8 oz candles burn for approximately 35–40 hours, depending on wick trimming and room conditions.
4. Do you offer refunds or exchanges? Due to the nature of handcrafted products, we only accept returns for unused candles in their original condition within 7 days. If your product arrives damaged, please contact us for a replacement.
5. How long does shipping take? Orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Shipping within Canada typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.
6. Do you offer gift packaging? Yes! We offer complimentary gift wrapping upon request. Simply add a note during checkout.
7. How do I care for my candle?To get the best burn:
• Trim the wick to ¼ inch before each use.
• Let the candle burn until the melt pool reaches the edges.
• Do not burn for more than 4 hours at a time.
8. Do you ship internationally? At the moment, we only ship within Canada. International shipping will be added soon.
9.Can I customize a candle or scent?Currently, we do not offer custom scents, but we are working on personalized candle options. Stay tuned!
